High explosive grenade disguised as a can of Mountain Dew. Activated by remote control or proximity to an enemy. To detect near enemies this weapon emits both ultra sonic and Infra-Red pulses. If a pulse bounces off an enemy the weapon activates. Once activated a fuel air mixture is released prior to the main explosive detonation. The resulting blast wave has the power of a RPG. FEAR THE DEW!
Range Short. The weapon is thrown by hand. Advantages Works well as a defensive device to protect bomb sites and rescue points. The weapon is small and easily concealed under and behind items making it very difficult to detect. Once an enemy is within the blast radius the weapon automatically detonates. Disadvantages Can be destroyed through gun fire or special weapons fire. Players wearing flame or blast armor can detect the ultra sonic and Infra-Red pulses allowing easy detection of the weapon. Players can not use the knife when in possession of dew grenades. Slot Uses slot 3 replacing the knife. |
